Recruitment & Interviews

At HRx  we have access to a number of national internet job boards, where we can place adverts on your behalf (anonymously) and search associated databases for candidates actively looking for employment.

We can offer a traditional recruitment service where you are charged a fixed fee based on the annual salary of the role, or provide a more ad-hoc service, assisting you at certain stages of the recruitment process i.e. assisting with drafting the adverts, sifting candidates, obtaining references etc.

We are also available to assist with the interview process whether that entails delivering interview training, devising relevant questions for you to ask or conducting the first interviews on your behalf.
